From The Heart Blog Carnival

Welcome to the January 20, 2008 edition of carnival of art beads and jewelry.

Loriola has funky heart stitched beads that just make me smile.

Years ago, I received a pair of Lori’s beautifully painted salt and pepper shakers.  The salt shaker is designed with an ocean theme and the pepper has a fire theme.  I love the set!  I wonder if she still creates them?

Well, let’s get back to hearts.  Lori has a lot of heart designs that are fun and quirky!  It is hard to choose a favorite…so,here is just one of Lori’s cool heart necklaces that can be found in her Etsy store.

Lisa of Joolz by Lisa  presents a Valentine’s Day Blog Carnival highlighting a beautiful sterling silver heart necklace.  Lisa also has a few jewelry designs on Joolz by Lisa featuring hearts.

I always enjoy looking at Mavis Smith’s lampwork beads.  Mavis creates gorgeous holiday beads.  Her Valentine Goddess focal is delightful.

Lori Greenberg wrote a wonderful blog on how to create a flameworked puffy heart.  I love Lori’s work!

Vickie has a fabulous enamel painted bead called Winged Hugs and Kisses in her Etsy Store as well as a pair of lovebirds painted on a focal bead that is adorable.

Amanda presents Swarovski Crystal Beads posted at Pajama Mommy.

That concludes this edition for me.

Lori Greenberg will be hosting the next Blog Carnival…so check out Lori’s blog for updates.

Thank you for checking out this months blog carnival.

Happy Beading~
